It's International E-Waste Day!E-Waste (or Waste Electronic Electrical Equipment, or WEEE) includes personal devices such as computers, screens, smartphones, tablets and TVs.Smaller items should be taken to a WEEE bank, recycling centre or other outlet. Sunday 13 October - Flooding is possible - be preparedMessage from the Environment Agency:River levels have risen at the Gillingham Le Neubourg Way river gauge as a result of heavy overnight rainfall. Consequently, the risk of flooding remains. We believe there is a possibility of flooding of the river and the tributaries between Gillingham and Sturminster Newton. Flooding of properties is not forecast at this point. The weather remains unsettled over the next couple of days and further rainfall is forecast. We are closely monitoring the situation and expect river levels to remain high for the next few days. Our incident response staff are checking defences.
